AMEN! in my mind, i hear him not just saying this, but yelling it. face red, veins bulging, fists slamming down on the pulpit as the congregation sweats in their seats, tears filling their eyes, and their hearts roaring with an amazing fire to get up and DO SO.

so...get on it.

i've been thinking a lot lately. and praying for certain people that i know of going through a tough time, having to make tough decisions with what direction to go.

my encouragement is to just DO IT. prayerfully and bravely. just go. if God doesn't want you there, he'll kick you back out. stop being afraid of the unknown. leave your comfort zone, you're not supposed to be there anyways. if your comfortable, you need to recheck what you're doing. we're supposed to take up our cross....that doesn't mean put on a necklace. it means we're supposed to embrace SUFFERING. we are DYING to this life. dying to having a career. dying to fulfilling a dream. we're supposed to go to the ends of the earth, make disciples, teach them, and keep moving.

...i'm losing my train of thought and i think it's time to get off my soap box tonight. sorry. that was abrupt. oh well.
